Refund and Returns Policy for ZMDISTRIBUTOR.COM

At ZMDISTRIBUTOR.COM, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. As a B2B wholesale supplier, we maintain a fair and transparent policy for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be pre-authorized by our support team
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and packaging
- We will replace the item(s) or issue a refund/store credit
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email wholesale@zmdistributor.com or info@zmdistributor.com with your order details
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items (except for returns due to our error).
